I was looking through my old workout videos today and found this one of me and my pup brownie! I cant believe how little she was, now she is full grown, and still pretty damn cute!

Here is the Workout:
30-10 Tabatas
DB Thrusters
Burpee
DB Squat & Curl
Split Jump

Go through 2 x each round
4 Rounds
